To mark the end of the business coaching sessions of the self-employment support program for young people of the Job Booster Chad project, we organized this Tuesday, December 20, 2022, an evaluation workshop that brought together the entrepreneurs and their business coaches.
It was a convivial session rich in sharing experiences and testimonies on the effects of business coaching on the performance of the entrepreneurs coached.
It was also an opportunity to to exchange on the successes and challenges of accompaniment and to make recommendations for the future.
The next steps in this support include preparation for bank eligibility and credit financing for high-potential entrepreneurs through our partnership with Orabank Chad.
