Job Booster Chad Entreprise connects the demand and supply of jobs via its (online) platform and its CV library as well as via its interactions with companies.

We develop (when necessary), the employability of young job seekers through the consistent and rapid strengthening of their personal skills in order to adapt their profile to the needs and requirements of the market. if necessary, we use the Technical and Vocational Training Center (TVET) to offer technical training; and career coaches to strengthen personal skills (soft-skills). 

Finally, we provide a post-placement follow-up to ensure successful professional integration to the satisfaction of both parties (employers and employees);
