The mission of Job Booster Chad is to support and promote the socio-economic transformation of Chad through strategic and sustainable initiatives.
Supporting entrepreneurs
We are committed to assisting entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in creating and developing wealth and job-generating businesses. Through training programs, business and entrepreneurship coaching, and local support centers like those established in Doba and Gounou-Gaya, we aim to maximize entrepreneurial potential and support the development of micro-enterprises in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.
Supporting job seekers
We assist job seekers in accessing paid and decent job opportunities. Our skills enhancement programs, particularly in job search techniques (JST) and soft skills, improve the employability of our program participants.
Supporting employers
We help employers recruit talent capable of boosting their companies' productivity. By establishing a vital link between employers and qualified workers, we contribute to creating a dynamic labor market that responds to the needs of the private sector. Our collaborative approach enables companies to find the best talent to improve their organizational productivity.
Collaboration with NGOs and institutions
We collaborate with NGOs and other institutions to implement project components focused on youth employment and within our area of expertise. Leveraging our local expertise and deep understanding of Chad's specific challenges, we support the realization of projects aimed at the sustainable and inclusive economic development of Chad.
