Job Booster Chad is a dynamic and innovative social enterprise, a subsidiary of Job Booster NL BV and an initiative of the Dutch NGO Woord en Daad. We work towards the economic and industrial development of Chad by facilitating access to employment and self-employment opportunities for young people, particularly girls and boys. Our mission aligns perfectly with the Chadian government’s Vision 2030, 'the Chad we want,' which aims to enhance youth employability and productivity to strengthen national stability and socio-economic development.

Since our inception, we have significantly impacted the lives of over 1000 young people and women through training and support programs, developing their professional skills and enhancing their economic independence. We work closely with local and international partners to implement projects that address the specific challenges of the Chadian labor market, offering tailored services ranging from leadership training to entrepreneurial support.
