To meet labour market needs, we enhance the personal and professional skills of young job seekers. We offer intensive training and personalized coaching to improve their employability. In 2023, our employability enhancement programs reached over 100 young people and women, effectively preparing them for the labour market's demands.

Depending on the needs, we collaborate with Technical and Vocational Training Centers (TVET) to offer specific technical training. Simultaneously, our career coaches focus on enhancing personal skills (soft skills), such as communication, leadership, and time management, which are essential for professional success.

To ensure successful and satisfactory job placements for both employers and employees, we provide rigorous follow-up after internships. Our efforts enabled 48 new job seekers to secure paid internships and permanent jobs in 2023, demonstrating the effectiveness of our follow-up approach.
