Job Booster Chad Enterprise was appointed as the Executive Secretariat of the KoskilnaLandscape Coalition in July 2023, following a consensus among stakeholders recognizing its expertise and commitment to the socio-economic development of Chad. The Koskilna Landscape Coalition, an initiative by of IDH, is a coalition of private sector actors, the state, and civil society established to promote sustainable development through inclusive land management and territorial development in the eight cotton-producing provinces of Chad. By bringing together diverse actors, we develop a long-term plan that promotes sustainable agriculture, nature conservation, and community prosperity, supported by private sector funding and stable partnerships. To achieve these objectives, the coalition applies the Production, Protection, and Inclusion (PPI) landscape methodology. The appointment of Job Booster Chad Enterprise as the Executive Secretariat reflects the confidence in our ability to coordinate and mobilize coalition members to achieve common goals.

As the Executive Secretariat, Job Booster Chad Enterprise plays a crucial role in :

• Stakeholder engagement and event organization
• Facilitation and coordination: Organizing and leading quarterly meetings with Coalition members, including thematic working groups.
• Monitoring and evaluation: Developing a Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) framework to measure progress against the Pact’s objectives over time.
• Stakeholder integration: Identifying and integrating other stakeholders to gain support through investments, strategic advice, or technical expertise, and co-designing projects and field pilots aligned with the landscape program's objectives.
• Fundraising: Securing funds for platform activities, including communicating the platform’s vision and achievements.
