Chad is one of the poorest countries in the world according to the Human Development Index. However, this country holds great potential, both in its young population and in the agricultural sector, which, if optimally exploited, can significantly enhance its socio-economic development.

Co-financed by the Dutch agency RVO, AgriJob Booster Chad aims to stimulate decent employment for young people in Logone Occidental and Tandjilé by supporting 1,000 young agripreneurs in creating and establishing wealth and job-generating enterprises in the agricultural sector.

The project is implemented through a public-private partnership that includes Woord en Daad, Job Booster Chad Enterprise, the National Agency for Rural Development Support (ANADER), and the Center for Research, Innovation, and Technological Production (CRIPT).

Job Booster Chad Enterprise is the partner responsible for entrepreneurial training, business coaching, and facilitating agripreneurs' access to financing for acquiring production means.
