A personalized coaching mechanism will be put in place to help beneficiaries apply the skills acquired, solve technical challenges and ensure their long-term autonomy.

Economic empowerment and financial inclusion: by facilitating access to digital skills, the project aims to make these women and young people financially independent. They will be able to develop solid economic activities thanks to e-commerce, thus contributing to their integration into the booming digital economy.

Mobilizing partners for greater impact: Job Booster Chad and Gamari are committed to mobilizing other partners to extend the impact of this initiative.
