Project to Improve Rural Services in Chad through Agri-Entrepreneurship Development: Pilot Phase

End of leadership and personal development training for producers in Mayo Kebbi Est. These training workshops are part of the activities of the pre-incubatio phase of the Projet d'Amélioration des Services Ruraux au Tchad par le Développement de l'Agri Entrepreneuriat : Phase Pilote. They took place from March 15 to 17, 2023 in Gounou-Gaya, Djodo-Gassa and Bellé, and brought together 124 rural producers from all over the Cotontchad de la Kabbia factory zone. We believe that the greatest capital for an entrepreneur is his or her person, hence the need to invest in that person for the benefit of the business. Moreover, when an entrepreneur invests in his personal development, his employees will have more confidence in him; and they can easily adhere to the company's vision and consequently work even harder for the company. That's why the project begins its support of growers by laying a solid foundation through leadership and personal development training workshops, enabling growers to have a precise and personalized vision of their own and their company's future.
